Responsibilities and Duties

• Nurture strong relationships with current referral partners
• Seek out and nurture new referral sources
• Analyze the market to develop result-oriented field marketing strategies
• Connect with "decision-maker" referral sources in person regularly, execute sales and marketing calls/zooms, and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of field activity for referral generation.
• Willingness to support the Care Management Team with Inquiries and intakes when needed.
• Attend, host, and present regularly at social events (e.g Conferences, Community Events, Networking, social gatherings) being the best representative of the Endeavor brand.
• This position reports to the Director of Business Development

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years Healthcare Sales and/or Marketing experience in Arizona

• Proven ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.

• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and presentation skills.

• Reliable transportation as this is a remote position that will require driving.

• Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail

• Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction

• Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
