We are hiring Guest Service Host/Hostesses, flexible schedules available.

Job Summary:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and welcoming guests.
• Prepare food and beverage orders to meet our high-quality standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all areas of the location, including kitchen, gaming areas, and restroom.
• Working independently to maintain effective operations during the assigned shift.
• Engage with and aid guests, create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Job Requirements:

• Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests.
• Accurately count / handle money.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Complete required training including Basset and SafeServe.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Skills and Experience:

• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS System.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends only
