We are seeking a skilled Gate Repair/Sales Manager to oversee our repair operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of repair technicians, ensuring timely and quality repairs, and maintaining inventory levels along with being responsible for developing new business, selling our products and services, heavy lifting, and more. Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of Gate Repair technicians
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in the repair area
- Install, program, and maintain automated gate systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in automated systems
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automation equipment
- Stay up-to-date with gate industry trends and advancements in automation technology

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Automation Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, including Lift masters, Might Mule, Apollo, Door King etc.
- Proficiency in programming all gate systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for all gate systems along with any fabrication needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a repair management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of repair techniques and equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Management skills and trainer experience is a must.
