Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Merchant Cash Advance Funding Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed by offering tailored financing solutions that meet their unique needs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and cold-call potential clients to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financing requirements and business goals.
• Present and promote our merchant cash advance products and services to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of transactions and timely funding for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services industry (preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of merchant cash advance products, alternative lending solutions, or related financial products/services (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and sales.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
