Elite Forces has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Specialist in the Dallas / Fort Worth area Market. As a Recruiter, you will have the chance to make a difference by matching talent with great jobs.
What you will be doing:
- Source and recruit candidates for various client requisitions( temporary , temp to hire or perm placement)
- Receive , input and process all client orders with complete job description
- Conduct pre-screens and candidate interviews daily via phone , zoom or in person.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and documentation in company application platform system
- Recruiting on various job boards and social media sites
