We seek a lead Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position in our Los Altos, CA, location.

Experience with adults is highly valued.

Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• $110,000-$130,000 annually (depending on experience and caseload volume)
• W2 Model

Requirements:

• Fully licensed in the state of CA (LCSW)
• Completion of a doctoral degree in clinical counseling
• Familiarity with ADHD treatment modalities
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Expectations:

• Establish and grow an ADHD therapy program at our practice
• Ability to hire and train more practitioners
• Regular collaboration with the medical team
• Maintain 25 clinical hours and 15 hours of administrative duties.
