Elite Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Front Office (Lafayette) Near Lafayette, CO

Our private General Dental Office is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. Our office is patient-centered and takes pride in quality dentistry. Our team provides outstanding service with attention to detail and is looking for a dynamic individual to deliver the administrative aspects of patient care.

The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 year of dental experience and be willing to go above and beyond to exceed our patients’ expectations. A warm smile, the ability to make a great first impression, and a pleasant phone voice is a must. Candidates must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Candidates must have a polished professionalism and an enthusiasm for excellence in patient care and service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage all phone communications and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling New and existing patients
  • Presenting and discussing treatment plans
  • Verifying and entering insurance information accurately
  • Maintain patient records in accordance with Hipaa
  • Open Dental software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
