Superhero Services and Responsibilities:

Habilitation (HAH) services are provided in the home and community to support the members life skills goals in hopes to reach an independent lifestyle. Each member is assessed by the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to determine what areas of life are needing support to obtain independency such as cooking, dressing, paying for an activity or item and receiving the correct change back, etc. The goals will vary dependent upon the level of functioning of your member. This service requires tracking and quarterly reporting of members progressions and regressions by following provided teaching strategies.

Respite (RSP) services are provided in the home of the community to allow for a break to the immediate caregiver (mom/dad or legal guardian). As this service does not require reporting or monitoring, it allows for the most imagination and creativity to blossom between you and your mini superhero!

Attendant Care (ATC) services provide total care to the individual, allowing member to remain in their home and participate in community activities by attaining or maintaining personal cleanliness, activities of daily living, and safe and sanitary living conditions. Duties you may find yourself doing are listed but not limited too; transferring member from bed to wheelchair (or vice versa), bathing, toileting, feeding, providing medication (training with agency needed prior). This service requires much tender love and care! Monitoring of members care and condition are required by Agency to ensure members health and safety is in great standing due to YOUR provided care!

Attendant Care Supervision (ATC-S) is provided to members who need 24/7 assistance/oversight. This service can be provided overnight and also includes monitoring by Agency.
