We are a local, family owned company looking to add a motivated and hardworking technician to our team! You will be responsible for following all steps of the collision repair process. We do fleet/commercial, insurance and private customer jobs, focused on light to medium collision repairs. We look forward to meeting you!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe environment by complying with all regulations
• Organize work and be able to prioritize daily duties
• Maintain records of job status/completion for Estimators/customers
• Maintain high ethical standards
• Review each repair order to fully understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the vehicle
• Perform all repair procedures according to factory specifications and company policy. I-Car Standard.
• Perform and sign-off on all quality check before sending vehicle to paint department.
• Re-assemble painted vehicle and painted parts.
• Perform a final quality check and review of work order prior to sending the vehicle to the detail department.
• Ensure the quality and appearance of each vehicle meets or exceeds established quality standards

Qualifications:

• Valid State Issued Driver's License
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a wide variety of makes and models
• ASE/I-car certified(preferred)
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Willingness to work with others as a team
• Ability to multitask, manage time well and commit to a daily schedule
• Detail and quality oriented
• Possess knowledge of new repair techniques and technology
• Knowledge of the manufacturer's and technical repair process.
• Ability to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
