Our organization is looking for an Executive Assistant/Sales Support to provide administrative support to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. They will also be expected to take on additional tasks such as preparing reports, conducting research, and managing databases. The second part of the role will be sales support helping wright proposals and kicking off project after they are sold making sure items are shipped and customers are communicated with. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested by the executive.
• Attend meetings with the CEO and take notes.
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers, vendors, and other external contacts.
• Provide administrative support.
• Organize travel arrangements for the executive.
• Abel to travel with CEO Internationally to meetings and vender sites last minuet.
• Be able to help sign up, Set up and attend Expos for the compony.
• Wright proposals so must have good writing skills
• Communicate with customers over phone and e-mail so comfortable calling customers.

Experience

• 2 years Executive assistant
• 2 Years Word
• 2 Year Excel.
• 2 Year Power point.

Items to note travel can be one day a month or can be 2-3 weeks a month candidate must be able to be flexible in there schedule to remove work load from CEO. Some weeks you may work over 70 Hur and other weeks less then 30. All based on work load and travel requirements. Must be flexible to travel on short notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
