Job Description:
As a Tire and Lube Technician at Elite Auto Service, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and performance of our customers' vehicles. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections, ensuring that every vehicle serviced by our team meets the highest standards of safety and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Conduct tire rotations, balancing, and inspections to ensure proper tire wear and performance.
• Mount, balance, and install tires according to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist other technicians and service advisors as needed to meet customer demands.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic automotive systems and components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
