Eliot Logo is Hiring a Social Service Clinical Program Specialist Near Lexington, MA

$3,000 Sign On Bonus

Eliot is seeking a Clinician with experience working with latency age children; service delivery is Emergency Services. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to establish a positive rapport with a culturally and economically diverse group of families and to deliver services within the established framework and clinical model.

Our Social Services Division includes short-term community-based assessment programs and group homes for children (birth to 12 years old) and adolescents (13 to 21 years old). The programs are contracted with the Department of Children and Families and provide a safe, structured, and respectful environment for children and youth to thrive, change and grow by focusing on treatment, skill-building, and permanency. The Social Service Clinical Program Specialist will provide clinical oversight and consultation to all Social Service programs and float between programs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Co-facilitate individual, group and family engagement and therapy and model for clinical staff.
  • Co-facilitate treatment team meetings to discuss Individual Service Plans, progress reviews, re-entry plans and discharge plans and model for clinical staff.
  • Ensure clinical staff are trained in, and effectively utilize, funder and agency EMRs and databases.
  • Provide clinical training, modeling, supervision and feedback to assigned clinical staff.
  • Oversee, monitor, facilitate and provide feedback on effectiveness of daily groups.
  • Ensure all components of Identified Evidence Based Treatments are delivered through a Trauma Informed Care framework.
  • Attend administrative, shift change, staff, and clinical meetings in assigned programs,
  • Assist crisis intervention, including crisis plans, emergency psychiatric screenings and higher level of care placements.
  • Conduct planned and emergency intakes as needed.
  • Serve as an on-call resource for clinical services.

Qualifications: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD. Clinical license required for position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time 40 hours per week. Lynn

Salary: $75,000

Sign-on bonus prorated for positions under 40 hours per week. 

6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
