Eliot's Division of Children, Youth and Family is seeking a Director of Residential Services. This Division supports children referred by the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Youth Services. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing systems of care for children, youth and families, as well as a history of implementing and monitoring evidence-based treatment through trauma informed care and interventions.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday- Friday.
