Position: Program Manager-Youth MCI/Emergency Services

Description of the position:
Provide behavioral health and crisis services to children and families. Coordinate Eliot's services with area providers, intensive care coordinators, DCF officers, and local school systems as needed. Conduct investigations of complaints and incidents and oversee cases to measure service outcomes. Work with the Director of Emergency Services to train, assist and monitor a team of clinicians that are able to respond to psychiatric crisis situations. Train, assist and monitor clinicians in crisis assessment and the development of safety plans. Monitor the clinical, administrative, and fiscal management of the team. Provide performance evaluations of clinicians to the Director and recommend clinicians for promotion or termination.

Requirements: Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field; Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain a license as a Mental Health Counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
