Eliot’s Behavioral Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that are evidence based, provide rehabilitation & hope to those in services.
Eliot is currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Team Leader to help oversee the multidisciplinary ACCS team. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Team Leader to ensure that recovery services, vocational services & clinical supports are included in the treatment plan developed for each individual served.
Responsibilities :
Assist with overseeing of all administrative and clinical functions of team and oversight of services for all Persons.
Monitor overall service delivery and utilization of supports for up to 125 Persons.
This includes assisting Persons with managing income, insurance, other entitlements, accessing other services and community resources and scheduling / coordination of all medical and psychiatric appointments.
Ensure that the Person is at the center of all care and that all interventions are developed and provided in a manner consistent with Person preferences.
Ensure that assessments are inclusive of the Person's preferences, are strength based and culturally competent. Ensure that intakes are completed by clinical supervisors in timely manner and that risk is appropriately assessed.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
