Job Description
**Must be local to North Carolina or Texas to be considered for this role.**Our financial services client is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $80.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer:
- Help to design and develop new products and platforms
- Help to inform the strategy for building out our UI real estate, including re-usable components and RESTful services.
- Help develop and documentation standards and guidelines, upgrade/maintenance strategies and help to mentor more junior team members
- Work with a small team of developers, analysts and design in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in optimizing Agile/iterative software delivery methodologies
- Experience with Java, Java Script, Spring, Spring Boot or similar frameworks
- Experience of consuming and designing RESTful APIs,
- Experience in SCRUM or other agile development processes
- Experience with DevOps
- Good knowledge of standard methodologies in API design
- Knowledge of writing automated tests using a testing framework such as Protractor or other
