Job Description
**100% Remote**Our financial services client is looking for a C# Developer to join their team.
We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $90.00 - $130.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Requirements of the C# Developer:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 8 years of progressive software engineering experience
- Experience with Order Management and Charles River products
- Experience in front office software development with an Asset Manager, Hedge Fund or Investment Bank
- Experience building containerized applications and deploying to public or private clouds
- Experience using AWS services like lambdas, EC2 instances, ECS clusters, and step functions
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment
- Proficient on Linux platforms with knowledge of various scripting languages
- Expert knowledge in one or more programming language(s) – C#/Python/Java
- Strong knowledge of one or more relevant database technologies e.g. SQL Server, Sybase, DyanomoDb, Postgres
- Solid understanding of tradable financial instruments (securities, derivatives) and capital markets
- Familiarity with a variety of programming styles (e.g. OO, functional) and in-depth knowledge of design patterns
