Rework Technician 1

Level 4

Solder and perform circuit and board rework on surface mount

components, BGA repairs (remove, solder wicking, and replace the part), Repair the boards and packages and collect the data required.

Interpret schematics and board Layout drawings as well.

The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits and/or skills:

• Must possess a High School Diploma with 6 years of experience or AA/AS with 1 year of experience or bachelor’s degree.

• 6 months of experience in package modifications, package solder reballing, BGA/LGA and THM component repair and hand soldering repairs.

• 6 months of experience in Component rework with Summit SRT tools and Solder Iron tools.

• 6 months experience thermal profile boards preparation

• 6 months Experience on SRT recipe creation, recipe settings and thermal profiles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in Board rework capabilities.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $20.54 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Portland, OR: Relocate before starting work (Required)
