Rate of Pay: | This position is a grade 15 with a minimum hourly rate of $29.71 and a mid-point of $39.62. Salary offer will be commensurate with the education/experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy, and the current CBA, if applicable. | |

Job Summary: | An employee in this classification performs work of moderate difficulty developing and facilitating co-curricular programs, community service and outreach programs, student leadership opportunities, and an overall campus climate that fosters student development. Direction is received by assigned manager. | |
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: | 1. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 2. Knowledge of Student Development theory. 3. Experience in planning and implementing events of all sizes 4. Service and advocacy experience. | |
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: | 1. Masters degree in College Student Personnel or related field. 2. Leadership experience or training. 3. Experience as a Student Organization Advisor. 4. Experience in a higher education student activities office (work experience or solid student leadership experience). 5. Experience working with community partners. | |
