You need at least one year of Early Childhood Administrative experience. You will need Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to; growth and stability of the company, keeping the company in compliance at all times, training staff in the classroom, motivating staff. You must be able a manage effective growth and development of children and teachers in all classrooms. You must be able to develop a team of teachers that will make a difference in the growth and development of young children.
you will update rule changes, work together with the Owner for all new rule changes. You will be responsible for keeping current, accurate, and confidential client and program files.
You must be able to ensure the development and safety of these children: in accordance with relevant with State Laws, Rules and Regulations, policies and procedures in accordance with DCDEE of North Carolina and the center.
