THE ROLE
As Director of people Data and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organization's growth by spearheading strategic initiatives related to Talent & HR technology selection, implementation, and adoption; data analysis, and process optimization and change management within the People function. This role will be instrumental in creating scalable solutions that align with the mission and support dynamic expansion. This role works within the People function and reports to the Chief People Officer.
Responsibilities:
Data & Analytics:
- Develop and implement a robust data and analytics strategy for the People Team, providing insights to inform decision-making.
- Design and implement robust data analytics reporting and processes to ensure accurate and timely data insights.
- Design and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to measure key performance indicators and track progress against organizational goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive People initiatives and enhance workforce planning.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of talent data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Present complex data clearly and understandably to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Provide support for total rewards and pay for performance initiatives: merit, promo, bonus data and benchmarking
Technology Adoption & Implementation:
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize Talent & HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Talent & HR tech solutions.
- Aware of emerging HR technologies to assess their applicability to the organization’s needs.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the People function and implement effective solutions.
- Lead the documentation and standardization of HR processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Work closely with Talent and HR teams to streamline workflows and enhance the user experience.
- Identify opportunities to implement solutions to transition from manual to automated processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness and enhance the employee experience.
Change Management:
- Drive change management initiatives related to Talent & HR technology implementations.
- Provide communication, guidance, support, and training for employees and stakeholders during periods of organizational change.
- Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders across the company.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- Experience in Total Rewards preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR technology, data analytics, and process improvement.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful HR tech implementations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and emerging HR technologies.
- Proven leadership working collaboratively in a fast-paced and hypergrowth environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and process improvements
- Ability to utilize and train others in HR data analytics tech and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel 15% of the time for in-person meetings

The target annual base pay range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
