JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Software Developer

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop internal tools to assist with business systems
• Develop engineering tools to assist with automation of product designs
• Integrate internal tools with Microsoft Tools, AutoCAD
• Develop software for embedded control systems
• Modification of controls existing system to suite customer specifications

SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and possess the ability to:

• Decompose complex problems and review related information to evaluate and develop options and implement solutions.
• Analyze needs and product requirements to create a design.
• Communicate clearly to convey information effectively.
• Determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
• Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer Science Associates degree, B.S. preferred but not essential
• Experience writing software
• Course work of other experience in embedded software development a plus
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Steady work ethic and punctuality
• Strong problem solving skills that can translate into working, maintainable software
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in understanding written and oral directives and following said directives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,336.98 - $81,094.00 per year
