About ELEVATION:
We are an investment focused real estate company who service investment clients!
Our clients include fix & flippers, buy & holder rental property owners, hedge
funds and institutional buyers. Our company and clients do 30 flips per year and
we are active in Colorado Springs. We’re also expanding brokerage relationships in
Texas and other states! We have an education division (ELEVATION Academy)
where we train investors how to profitably flip in the current market and also
create joint ventures (Partnership Flip) to work together with sellers and investors.
This 1099 role is primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work
based on volume and seasonality.

We are looking for 2-3 agents/realtors who are ALREADY SUCCESSFUL in traditional
residential real estate, but want to make more money, have more time with their
family, and work with investors! If you are new to real estate, this role is not for
you. This position is ONLY for agents who are well versed in residential real estate
and want to add new tools to your toolbelt in the world of investment real estate.
We are looking for agents who can source good deals for our investors! We have
cash buyers ready to invest, and we need great agents who we can teach to be
"deal sourcing & selling machines". Learn to tap into your sphere by adding value
in the investment world. We can teach you how to find on and off market deals
consistently and make higher commissions than in normal real estate! While the
rest of the industry is pulling back due to rates, we are GROWING because there
are way more buying opportunities NOW!
It is common to turn 1 transaction into 2 or 3 transactions; that means more
money for you! We routinely sell deals to our investors and get a buyer co-op
assignment fee. Many times, we also re-list the property after our clients fix it up.
We office in the Broadway Collective which is a real estate focused co-work space
which is also owned by the owners of ELEVATION. The office is a hub for agent
training, sales meetings, team & investor/agent MeetUps and events.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1) A track record of success in starting, running, and growing your current real
estate business
2) General understanding real estate investments (we can teach you the rest).
3) Purchased or sold at least 12 homes per year, preferably more.
4) A team first all hands on deck mentality.
5) A growth mindset.
