Elevation Homecare Agency is Hiring a Home Health Care Aide Near Horsham, PA

Right at Home of Elevation Homecare Agency is seeking dependable, compassionate, and empathetic individuals that enjoy improving the quality of life in the lives of seniors and the disabled.

Aide Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients and their family members
  • Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients
  • Help Clients with all personal care needs
  • Help keep Clients' environment clean and organized
  • Remind Client to take self-administered medications

Aide Job Requirements:

  • CPR Certificate (preferred)
  • Current Physical and Immunizations
  • Work authorization
  • Driver's license
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Must be able to deal effectively with the demands of a home health aide position.
  • Prior experience is a HUGE plus!

Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • You must have a minimum of six months of paid senior caregiving experience OR one of the following certifications: CNA, HHA
  • Must be 21 years or older.
