Elevation ELITE Vacation Rental Property Management is seeking experienced vacation rental cleaners throughout Flagstaff, AZ. Our awesome people should have reliable transportation, not have a record for tardiness/missed days, dedicated, and upbeat! This is a part-time or full-time position (busy season). Must be able to work some weekends and major holidays, as we are open 365 days/year. Although we prefer someone with experience, we are willing to train the right individual as attitude is everything to us! Our client's satisfaction is our TOP priority. Please note: You must complete the "Cleaner Fit" assessment in order to be considered for the position.

**Work Overview:**

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

- Launder linens and towels

- Maintain inventory of supplies

- Follow procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness

- Report any new damage that may have occurred by a guest

- Fancy folding

**Requirements:**

- Friendly, trusting, dependable and efficient

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills (this is a fast-paced work environment)

- Own transportation needed with valid insurance and driver's license, preferably with snow tires for winter months

- Clean background (will consider misdemeanors upon review)

- Psychically healthy and can stand for long periods of time

- Mobile device

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
