As a Graphic Designer on our Media Team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and impactful visual content that communicates the message and mission of Elevation Church across various platforms including social media, TV, YouTube, and advertisements. You'll be tasked to have a keen eye for design, be innovative, and understand how to communicate messages effectively through visual content. You'll help design and create the content important to Elevation Church in our mission to reach people far from God.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Media Team to plan, develop, and execute graphic content that aligns with the global ministry of Elevation Church.
• Design graphics for social media, TV, YouTube, advertisements, and other platforms to support campaigns, events, and programs.
• Provide graphic content that enhances the church's online presence and engages both the congregation and our eFam.
• Ensure that all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the communication goals of campaigns.
• Provide creative input in planning and strategy sessions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools

MUST-HAVES

• Creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.
• Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in freelance design or working at a creative agency/studio, demonstrating a track record of managing complex design projects from concept to completion.
• Candidates must have a deep understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and how graphic design influences brand perception and engagement. Experience in creating designs that meet marketing objectives and increase brand visibility is necessary.
• Must have proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work under pressure.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders. Experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
• The applicant must have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in a wide range of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and techniques, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality graphics, branding, and marketing materials.
