We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Small Group Training.
Experience in:
- Managing a staff
- Running small group training
- Making staff schedules
- 5 years or more of training experience
Degrees:
- Minimum BS in Exercise Science or related field
- Preferred MS in related field
- Credible training certifications
The position will include creating the entire small group training schedule (including yoga) and implementing innovative training. Management meetings, budgeting, payroll, and training themselves.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,340.83 - $60,625.51 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work setting:
- In-person

- Rochester, NY 14607 (Required)
