Our Elevate Sporting Pro Shop in Kirkland is a small retail proshop. We mainly sell Hockey and Skating Accessories, Team apparel and do skate sharpening at this location. We also sell hockey and Figure gear as well as do some fittings . 

Elevate Sporting Goods is a smaller family owned sporting goods retailer with a handful of locations around the Puget Sound area. We are focused on giving exceptional customer service to all customers and potential customers. We pride ourselves in creating a great local in shop atmosphere and customer experience. We also highly value building long term professional relationships in all facets of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES would include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by teaming up with co-workers to provide an excellent sales & service experience
• Being knowledgeable on all products and services offered.
• Being personally accountable for operational procedures and expectations
• Working alone and unsupervised while still being productive
• Maintaining personal and shop productivity goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Builds professional relationships with every customer and potential customer
• Selling product by asking open-ended questions that will help assess customers needs.

• Contributes to a positive, productive and passionate work environment every shift.
• Needs to be able to work evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Enthusiastic and passionate about sports and sporting goods.

• Able to unconditionally deliver exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Disciplined and focused on results and operational excellence
• Must be proactive and Initiate completion of tasks or activities without supervision
• Communication skills are a must
• Basic computer skills necessary.
