Our client is seeking a natural problem solver looking to get a foot in the door in the accounting field in this key role working directly for a Controller who will help you become the best version of yourself both personally and professionally. In this role, you will be responsible for a fun variety of accounting and office functions that will allow you to settle into an organized and professional environment in a role that will allow you to learn and develop over many years. Responsibilities:

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Perform Payroll reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts and help the Controller with month-end close
• Help out with a wide array of office management duties in this small company where everyone pitches in and helps out as needed

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Natural problem solver
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Positive attitude and someone who takes pride in leaving things better than you found them
