• Work closely with the owner of the business, a financially and tech savvy individual who understands the value and impact of having a strong financial leader in place
• Team up closely with operations as you lead costing, profitability & margin analysis
• Take ownership for evaluating all financial systems as you ensure that the company has the proper accounting software and ERP in place to help position the business for success long term
