As a Leasing Manager, you will manage or assist in the following areas: apartment leasing functions, daily on-site guidance for teams, customer service, and various clerical duties making it a key role to the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Elevate Operations by ensuring smooth apartment leasing processes and efficient lease administration while complying with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Elevate Problem Solving by serving as a point of contact for prospects and tenants and effectively addressing challenges and communicating challenges through the appropriate channels.
• Elevate Leadership Skills through daily oversight of the leasing team's performance and communicating issues to the appropriate parties to ensure operations are optimized in the Kansas City region.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in an office management role.
• Strong understanding of data management and analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the real estate or leasing industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
