Elevate Outdoor is Hiring a Landscape Foreman Near Summit, MO

Elevate Outdoor is a leading landscape construction and maintenance company providing high-end service to residential and commercial customers in Metro-Kansas City as well as commercial sites throughout the US. We are Missouri owned and operated with a strong culture and work ethic. Current growth has placed us in need of an individual to lead our landscape division crews.

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in performing various tasks

- Maintain accurate timekeeping for crews

- Maintain quality standards for all jobs

- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

- Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment

Skills:

- Extensive knowledge and experience in landscape design, irrigation systems, tree care, and landscape construction

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

- Proficient in building and maintaining landscapes according to design specifications

- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and techniques

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
