Position Overview

The Web Content Coordinator will support the execution and accuracy of all Direct to Consumer website content to support the ecommerce business. This role will be responsible for importing assets, copy, translations, and sales information into the tech stack. This person should be highly motivated on creating structure and processes to ensure the accuracy of our websites. They should bring a sense of curiosity and excitement to the ecommerce organization as they work with each brand on website content. The candidate should be excellent at establishing structure as they work towards scalable content solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for populating product content to websites in a timely manner.
• Perform periodic audits of website content to ensure accuracy.
• Create Standard Operation Procedures for how content is managed across the websites. This includes source data locations.
• Work with our ecommerce platform and headless CMS to ensure content accuracy.
• Work with ecommerce team on the annual website launch.
• Create standardized and scalable structure to manage multiple brands’ product content.
• Perform minor image manipulation tasks to post product thumbnails.
• Help support online and email marketing initiatives by ensuring proper product information is up to date including any sales adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive company initiatives with appropriate website content.
• Other Ad Hoc Web related tasks

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience working with ecommerce platforms or product organization.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience maintaining website data and completing content updates.
• Expert user of Excel with relevant Microsoft product experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve defined deadlines with minimal direction.
• An iterative approach, on projects and initiatives, incorporating feedback for continual improvement.
• Proven track record of effective communication, achieving objectives, providing project scope, and hitting timelines with cross functional teams.
• Can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and alongside a team, exercise sound judgment and take initiative.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for outdoor and/or snow sports industry.
• Experience using Command Line to extract data from platforms is a plus.
• ADA knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of web product cycle.
• Be aware of emerging trends in ecommerce technologies, social networks, user content, video etc.
