Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism in a school environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve in school settings.

Duties:

- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic programs
- Provide training and supervision to paraprofessionals and teachers
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Skills:

- Proficiency in education terminology
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of student care practices
- Familiarity with special education principles
- Understanding of FERPA regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
