Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism in a school environment. Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic programs
- Provide training and supervision to paraprofessionals and teachers
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Skills:
- Proficiency in education terminology
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
