About the Position
We are currently seeking a licensed clinician to join our outpatient team who is experienced in the field of addiction treatment. The ideal candidate comes to us with previous experience working within an IOP level of care and has experience with both adolescent and adult populations.
Clinician will have a dynamic role whose job functions will include:
· Conducting intake assessments for individuals seeking treatment in IOP
· Provide check-in sessions with clients throughout IOP
· Treatment and Discharge Planning for clients in IOP
· Requesting authorization from insurance companies for clients to participate in IOP
· Conduct concurrent reviews on ongoing basis for all clients in IOP
· Provide case management to those individuals enrolled in IOP
· Conduct follow-up calls to clients to discuss the client’s progress and address any concerns.
· Attendance at weekly clinical rounds. Collaborates with fellow clinicians.
· Assist in running IOP groups
· Performs other clinical duties as required
Requirements
· Must have valid CT license (LCSW, LADC, LPC, LMFT). Only associate level clinicians who are within 3 months of full licensure will be considered.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability work well with all colleagues and clients
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Flexible in clinical approach and adaptability of working with different clients who are in various stages of change
· Experience with Electronic Health Record documentation, and maintaining records for compliance purposes
· Ability to submit notes within 24 hours.
· Excellent time management skills
Compensation
· Commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
