Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting implementation of systems related projects.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Participates in the design and documentation of business processes and participates in operational and tactical planning.
• Handles day-to-day reporting activities and issues.
• Mentors less experienced associates.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings
• Engage project team resources to define project requirements; identify work breakdown structures; capture work backlogs.
• Facilitate daily stand-up and/or weekly meetings; monitor task progress; coordinate product demonstrations, and facilitate lessons learned/retrospective discussions.
• Creates presentations, spreadsheets and other documents as needed.
• Maintains schedule, prepares, coordinates, reviews, revises and distributes reports.

Requirements:

• Requires BS/BA in an information systems related major, directly related IT experience; minimum of 2 years working on project teams; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Must have demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Very strong PM
• Strong technical background
• Great communication skills
• Ability to drive work independently
• Background in IT operations support is idea

Job Type: Possible Contract to hire

Additional Details:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, as needed to support for project
