ABOUT THE ROLE
Position Summary:
Elev8 Baltimore is seeking a detail-oriented Grants Specialist to manage and support various post-award grant processes including documentation, coordination, and reporting. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of grants including federal, state, and private funding. This is a full-time, non-exempt/hourly, on-site position - primarily at our Remington office (21211) in Baltimore City.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the submission of required documentation and updates to funders post-grant award.
• Conduct grant orientation meetings to align team understanding and execution of grant requirements.
• Act as a liaison between Elev8 Baltimore and portfolio of funders.
• Support the program team by maintaining essential documentation and auditing files periodically.
• Manage grant-related deadlines and submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Develop grant proposals, concept papers, and reports in collaboration with program staff.

Qualifications:

• Residency in Baltimore City preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience with at least two (2) years in a similar role.
• Experience with data management systems such as Salesforce or Apricot preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently AND as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers an hourly range of $21.63 to $23.08, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include health insurance, paid leave, retirement plan contributions, and professional development opportunities.
