About the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position*
We are looking for high-quality RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
At Eleos ABA, you will be working in an environment that provides growth opportunities, as well as the support needed to achieve your individual career goals. Eleos acknowledges that in order to provide high quality services, you need to work in a rewarding and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be dependable and courteous with outstanding communication skills. You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Eleos ABA provides extensive training on behavior tracking software, ABA concepts, implementation of individualized plans, BCBA mentorship, and on-going training.
