The Opportunity:

Do you have experience in childcare? Are you looking for a mission driven and rewarding career in helping children thrive? We offer a free training program designed to take individuals with any background in childcare to Registered Behavioral Health (RBT) credential within 6 weeks. Once certified, you will be authorized to deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the close supervision of industry experts. Upon graduation, you’ll have an opportunity to be immediately hired and placed with families in your area to provide in-home care.

What You’ll Do:

You will undergo 40 hours of free training in our comprehensive and hands-on program to learn the foundations of autism, and build your understanding of the core principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). The certification you will receive will enable you to perform ABA therapy for one of the numerous independent agencies on our platform.

Upon the Successful Completion of the Program, You May Have Access to:

• A 40 hour certificate - the recognized proof of training completion under the BACB
• Competitive pay starting at $18.50 and flexible schedules if you are hired by Elemy or an agency on our platform

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
• At least 6 months of childcare experience preferred
• CPR certification
• US work authorization
• Must pass background check
• Access to a reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license
• Negative tuberculosis test result and proof of other health screenings / immunizations
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer and internet for the full duration of the training
• Commitment to complete ~40 hours of online training within the first 2 weeks, mandatory attendance in practical training sessions and an in-person competency assessment to become eligible to write your RBT exam. 40 hours of training is required per the BACB, regardless of prior ABA or autism education.
