Elements of Elder Care is growing their nursing team - we are looking for an experienced Hospice LPN to join our team!

Duties to include:

• The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm but very flexible. Up to 30 hours of visits a week, done on a flex-schedule system. We'll work with your availability! No nights or weekends!
• In-home patient visits
• Education and emotional support for patient and families at end of life
• Constant communication with other members of your team

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of hospice experience preferred
• Must be willing to drive - there is a lot of travel with this position!
• Must work with Integrity
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter
• Creativity with a willingness to collaborate

Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
