Job Summary

Elements Connect is looking for a Tech Project Manager to be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technology projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members have the resources needed to succeed
• Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and manage changes through proper documentation and approval processes
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain project quality standards, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Communication: Provide clear and regular communication to stakeholders, team members, and senior management regarding project status, risks, and issues
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, ensuring their deliverables align with project goals
• Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, identify and address delays, and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track
• Change Management: Implement change management processes to handle changes in project scope, objectives, or requirements effectively
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met

Requirements

• 5 years of Tech Project Management experience
• Proven experience as a Tech Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex technology projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Problem-solving and prioritization skills to handle issues that occur during project completion
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Experience in risk management and change management in tech projects
• Leadership skills and ability to develop schedules and individual responsibilities to deliver results in an extremely fast-paced startup environment
