Regional Commercial Operations Lead

Elemental Enzymes is seeking a customer-centric and highly-motivated collaborator to join our Global Commercial Operations Team as a full-time Regional Commercial Operations Lead. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Operations applicant to join a team that is being newly-built to directly support our growing organization and Customer base. This role will sit within our Global Commercial Operations team and is responsible for the customer-facing Operational and Order-to-Cash (OTC) functions for a subset of our global and product platform. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, thrive in a changing environment, and have strong cross-functional communication skills, leveraging abilities in Customer Experience, Account Management, and OTC process/systems.

Job Description

  • Customer Experience
  • Enable and track consistent level of Customer Support and Experience based on Customer, Product, and world area needs against Customer and/or team-specific goals/KPIs
  • Provide single point-of-contact for Elemental Enzymes for orders, inquiries, issue resolution, and additional relevant Customer Support events
  • Order-to-Cash Processes and Systems
  • Understanding and execution of standard OTC processes across evolving organization and platform
  • Able to recommend process and system efficiencies to best support growth and Customer expectations, including Standard Operating Procedure practices and mapping
  • Cross-functional (Matrix) Collaboration
  • Collaborate with and drive results through matrix teams (including, but not limited to Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain) to ensure Customer needs are understood and executed appropriately in Customer Experience
  • Track issue resolution across matrix for management and timely response
  • Account Management
  • Alignment with Sales team(s) on forecast, targets, promotions, and relevant key focus areas to ensure Customer success and a superior Customer Experience
  • Supplemental reporting/analysis/communication of OTC data for Customer and Sales support against targets and OTC-relevant functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics
  • 5 years experience in Commercial Operations, Service, and/or Logistics
  • Global experience required
  • 5 years working experience using digital Supply Chain Management Systems
  • Process improvement and Project Management experience preferred
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, similar methodologies preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Alternate Sitting or Standing at will
  • Lifting or Carrying - 10 lbs or less, as needed for PC, office materials, etc
  • Keyboarding - entering data by use of a traditional keyboard
  • Gross Manipulation - seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with your hands
  • Fine Manipulation - touching, picking, pinching, or otherwise working with your fingers
  • Speaking - expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
  • Hearing Requirements - the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds
  • Near Visual Acuity - clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (including use of computers)
