Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts, sales tax, and totals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and loss prevention
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales events, and product offerings

Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of jewelry sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
