Element2 Group is Hiring a Quality Supervisor Near Dartmouth, MA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor quality assurance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality control activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding quality performance and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
