Element2 Group is Hiring a Production Operator Near West Hartford, CT

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor production processes and quality standards to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, including cleaning machinery and workstations.
  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
