Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations
- Implement and maintain quality systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Lead and train production staff on quality control procedures
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate products according to specifications
- Manage projects to meet production goals and deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
