We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operator to support our production operations. The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong work ethic, technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues or abnormalities.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and perform preventive maintenance tasks as needed to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle raw materials and finished products with care to prevent damage or contamination.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, including cleaning machinery and workstations.
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
