Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high and low voltage systems, mechanical knowledge, and HVAC systems. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee industrial maintenance operations, manage projects, and lead a team of maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Manage preventive maintenance programs for all equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to enhance productivity
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for equipment repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Skills:
- Proficiency in high voltage systems and low voltage systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Experience in industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficient in project management to oversee maintenance projects
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts for machinery repairs
