We are hiring carpenters for a large multifamily complex in MA!
1st shift, full-time, pay is based on experience!!!! $18-$22/hr
**Must have your own hand tools
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION!!!!
Duties:
- Perform flooring installation, including measuring, cutting, and laying various types of flooring materials
- Conduct roof work such as repairs, replacements, and installations
- Hang doors and ensure proper alignment and functionality
- Assist with frame carpentry tasks, including building structures and installing framing components
- Conduct construction painting, including surface preparation and application of paint or coatings
- Perform electrical work such as wiring installations and troubleshooting
- Fabricate components or structures based on specifications
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as required
- Conduct restoration work on damaged or deteriorated structures
Experience:
- Proven experience in flooring installation, roof work, door hanging, frame carpentry, construction painting, electrical work, fabrication, heavy lifting, and restoration
- Strong knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting or prolonged standing
