Element2 Group is Hiring an Automation Technician Near Lincoln, RI

We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed control systems, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge.

2nd shift 3pm - 11pm

Pay depends on experience - $24-$28/hr!

Available to interview and start immediately - this is a direct hire, not contract!

Duties:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated systems
- Fabricate and assemble electrical and mechanical components
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Conduct field service visits for system maintenance and repairs
- Program, test, and calibrate automation equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Experience:
- Proven experience working with distributed control systems
- Proficiency in low voltage and high voltage systems
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings
- Mechanical knowledge for assembly and maintenance tasks
- Experience with hydraulics, pnuematics, electrical systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for system design and troubleshooting

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation or related field
- Associate's degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
